I am filing a formal complaint regarding repeated service failures at Mullinax Ford. In February 2025, I brought my 2022 Ford F-150 in for an alignment and oil change. The issue was not corrected, and when I returned the next day as instructed, the service department refused to take my vehicle, stating no appointment had been made. I was forced to have the alignment completed elsewhere. After raising this issue publicly, I was told by the service manager, Steven, that Mullinax would reimburse me. On January 19, 2026, I returned for service and another alignment. After waiting over two hours, I was improperly charged despite being told I would not be, and the promised reimbursement was not provided. Although the day’s charges were later refunded by a service advisor, it was again discovered that the requested services were not performed—for the second time. Multiple attempts to contact the service manager were ignored. These repeated failures demonstrate a serious lack of accountability, communication, and service integrity. Post-purchase service is a critical part of vehicle ownership, and based on my experience, Mullinax Ford’s service department cannot be relied upon. I strongly advise prospective customers to consider dealerships that stand behind their work.

Mullinax Ford Kissimmee misrepresented my vehicle as certified, sold it as-is, and ignored major defects. I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport from Mullinax Ford Kissimmee in May 2025 after seeing their high online ratings and reading dozens of positive reviews. I believed I was dealing with a reputable Ford dealership and trusted they were being honest. The salesman, Joan, assured my wife and me that every vehicle goes through a full week of inspection and maintenance before being sold, and that ours was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. During the signing process, we were suddenly handed a single-page notice about a recall. When I asked what it was, the finance representative said, “It’s nothing serious, just standard procedure.” At that point, I wanted to walk away, but Mullinax had already taken my fully paid-off trade-in, leaving us without a car to drive home. Within one week, the vehicle went into limp mode while I was driving home from work. When I checked it, there was no oil at all in the engine. I was told that the fluids had been checked before delivery, so this was alarming. Later, I discovered the SUV burns oil steadily and the transmission now slips. When I reviewed the paperwork more closely, I found it had been sold “As-Is” and even stated “This vehicle was delivered to a previous purchaser,” something that was never mentioned to me at any point. When I returned to the dealership, I spoke with Raphael and later George Dean, the director. Both repeated the same phrases about inspections and denied any responsibility for repairs. Despite being told the car was certified, they now claim it never had a warranty. I strongly believe Mullinax Ford switched paperwork during the financing process to change the sale from Certified to As-Is after realizing the vehicle had hidden issues. This dealership uses its strong online reputation and “no-haggle” image to build trust, but my experience shows they use that reputation to mislead buyers. I trusted them because of their reviews, and it turned out to be a serious mistake. Buyers should inspect every document carefully before signing, photograph the Buyer’s Guide, and verify whether the certification or warranty they promise actually exists.
Outstanding! I made a long distance, sight unseen purchase from this dealership in mid July. My sales consultant was Tonia Stewart and she was absolutely picture perfect at all points from beginning to end. The vehicle was everything she represented it to be. High recommend!
What an incredible team effort on display while purchasing my new 2024 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 from Mullinax Kissimmee. Octavio was simply awesome. My dad went in to potentially purchase a vehicle, and Luis Lino helped him with the process. Everything was fine at first. We talked about what we were looking for, etc. We walked out because it was almost closing time, and we had submitted the application to get financed with Ford. We agreed he'd call us when he heard back with a decision from Ford Finance. A couple of days passed, and he contacted us and said our business got accepted to be financed... During the wait time, my dad contacted Ford Prestige and worked a deal with them because they had the truck and color he had always wanted. He didn't tell Lino this, but he went to Prestige Ford instead because, again, they had the exact car he wanted. He went to Prestige knowing our business had been approved for finance. We got there, and it all went downhill, it turns out that our business name was used by Lino to create chaos in our business finance history. He submitted the finance application using our business name and added someone else to the application who had a REPO Car! Due to this, Prestige Ford Finance Bank didn't want to finance us because the person Lino added to our application had a bad history not only was he ruining our business name and integrity, but he was also making our business look bad to all the banks making it impossible for us to get financed by anyone else! The boss at Prestige Ford had to make multiple calls to Ford Finance to sort this out because our business had an impeccable history with Ford, and he couldn't believe we were not getting financed, thankfully he got to the bottom of this and contacted Mullinax to tell them they xxxxed up, and because of them, they were making it impossible for me to get financed!!! All Mullinax had to say was, " Sorry, it was an accident." That accident almost cost me my business name that's not a xxxxing accident, Mullinax and Luis Lino. Your " accident" caused a blockage in my business history, and I was never going to get financed by anyone! Even Ford Finance said that my business had a perfect history, but that REPO car from Natalie Rivera or someone with the last name Rivera was making it impossible for me to get financed. Again, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THIS RIVERA PERSON IS!!! LINO ADDED THEM TO PREVENT ME FROM PURCHASING A VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE! I am NEVER going back to LUIS LINO YOU! It almost cost us our business reputation with FORD. It's Disgusting the way you do business, and I expect a formal apology from your screw-up Luis Lino. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LUIS LINO AS YOUR SALES-PERSON HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER! The fact you don't even see his name on the reviews should say enough!

Long story short even the boss at prestige said that Lino did this on purpose to prevent me from getting financed by any Ford bank, that he did this so I could go back to mullinax and purchase the vehicle with only them.
The vehicle that I seen online was there and the process was effortless. The salesman answered all my questions without hesitation.
