He had the truck and paperwork ready when I came in to pick up the vehicle. I did not feel any pressure during the closing process to purchase additional products or warranties. Car by experience was great, overall. We saw the car in person on Monday, did paperwork remotely on Tuesday, and the car was delivered on Wednesday. It was nice to not have to sit in the dealership for hours. Tonia did seem to get annoyed with me when I asked her to show me proof that services she told me were performed, such as oil change, were actually done because it wasn’t reflected on the Carfax. I am in the legal field and know that what matters is in writing. The car was a certified car and we had it inspected independently. Unfortunately, it had a main seal leak that was not caught in Mullinax’s initial inspection. We were able to get it repaired by Ford under the warranty. So make sure you get an independent inspection.

I lease a new car every two to three years. What a pleasure dealing with no BS and no back and forth a bunch of times. Quick responses to my texts and emails also. On Friday the 19th of this month, I took my F-150 to Mullinax Ford Kissimmee for a safety recall service. The process was quick and simple. Mr. Brandon was very friendly and professional; he explained the entire procedure to me. The staff even washed the truck and delivered it to my home once the service was complete. Angelo Lopez handled the delivery. A 5-star experience! Highly recommended.

We were traveling in Florida and our a/c in our 24 f250 went out late Thursday afternoon. Brandon got us in Friday morning, found parts at another dealership and got them transferred and installed by our original deadline of Saturday morning. He worked miracles to make this happen to keep our travels intact. We are truly grateful for his wonderful attention to customer service.

I’m happy with the deal. The process was smooth, but the business side and approvals and waiting to get into the signing portion took way too long. I mean way too long over an hour and a half. I know this was not the fault of Raj who is an awesome salesman we had awesome conversation and if you’re buying a car, this is a guy you want to get it from he loves cars and he knows cars. I bought a lot of cars from the Mulinax brand and this was pleasant but it could’ve been quicker. Love the truck.
