Tonia did seem to get annoyed with me when I asked her to show me proof that services she told me were performed, such as oil change, were actually done because it wasn’t reflected on the Carfax. I am in the legal field and know that what matters is in writing. The car was a certified car and we had it inspected independently. Unfortunately, it had a main seal leak that was not caught in Mullinax’s initial inspection. We were able to get it repaired by Ford under the warranty. So make sure you get an independent inspection.

I lease a new car every two to three years. What a pleasure dealing with no BS and no back and forth a bunch of times. Quick responses to my texts and emails also. Thanks to Tonia Stewart for being such a professional sales person. Highly recommend Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee along with my sales person, Tonia. Thanks again.

On Friday the 19th of this month, I took my F-150 to Mullinax Ford Kissimmee for a safety recall service. The process was quick and simple. Mr. Brandon was very friendly and professional; he explained the entire procedure to me. The staff even washed the truck and delivered it to my home once the service was complete. Angelo Lopez handled the delivery. A 5-star experience! Highly recommended.

We were traveling in Florida and our a/c in our 24 f250 went out late Thursday afternoon. Brandon got us in Friday morning, found parts at another dealership and got them transferred and installed by our original deadline of Saturday morning. He worked miracles to make this happen to keep our travels intact. We are truly grateful for his wonderful attention to customer service.

So I have my dream vehicle all because of Garrett Yeager!! I spoke with him about a want for a truck and not a need for a vehicle and explained to him that if it didn’t make sense for me to purchase the vehicle I wouldn’t. He totally understood and NEVER made me feel like I should purchase the truck. After crunching numbers and a lot of discussions with my wife we decided to purchase my DREAM TRUCK! Garrett was prompt with answering any and ALL questions I had during the process. I did not make his job easy at all and he never wavered in his customer service. I bought the vehicle sight unseen (only thru personal pictures from Garrett and dealership website). Once we had an executed contract they had no one able to deliver the truck to my address as I live 2 plus hours away! It was after 3pm on a Thursday and Garrett said I’m going to grab the keys and drive to you with no hesitation. Speaks VOLUMES about the young man as the reason I couldn’t make the trek was I have a newborn at home. Garrett informed me he was planning a wedding once we were on our test drive in Palm beach county. So in other words this man made a drive over 5 plus hours in total time here and back with a fiancé at home. That’s next level care! I can’t express my gratitude towards him and all he did for me, my wife, and our family! He went BEYOND the call of duty and did it whole heartedly and because he never pressured me, answered all my questions, drove to me, and did everything promptly and effectively I will continue to use him with future purchases.

The whole staff at the dealership were very friendly and personable. The salesperson Julio was very knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent communication to us throughout the process. He is truly a credit to himself and your organization. David the Internet Sales Manager was easy to work with and listened to us, as well as given us a very fair trade in for our vehicle. The old saying, "comparing apples to oranges" can easily be referenced here. If you intend to purchase a vehicle and have it worry free the entire length of the finance period, then only a reputable dealership can fulfill that role. If you are so blessed as to pay cash, you can't afford to shortchange your own wallet by taking a gamble on lesser service or incompetence. A dealership's reputation is built, one customer at a time, no matter how large it may be (or how small...) on its employees, not it's landscape or inventory. Taking this into consideration, I found Mullinax Ford to be just such a dealership. Reputable. From the moment I first spoke with my salesman, Garrett Yeager, untill I set before the Finance Manager, Brandon Burke, I realized every single dollar figure, vehicle feature, service offer or any other point of interest had been honestly met and delivered. When there are no surprises at the time of signing the actual purchase contract, then and only then can you realize that you have bought your vehicle from a dealership that is professional, up front and above all, honest. I just turned 60 in May, and this is the first vehicle I've ever purchased brand new in my entire life. I wish I could afford to buy another new vehicle, because if I could, it would only be from Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee. I had so many questions and detail curiosities in this particular Transit van in order to transport my special needs daughter. Our old Van, a 1997 e150 Ford, had finally reached the point where maintenance became more than half the monthly expense of owning new. Reliability here was the issue, and the old van was no longer so. We could no longer take a chance on our precious daughters transportation needs in a vehicle that we wouldn't trust to travel more than 25 miles. I saved every single screenshot, text message and email and reviewed all of them throughout this process. When it came time to sign the contract, the figures I had in front of me, were the same ones that I began with at the start of this venture. Mullinax Ford has a fantastic business mantra, and Garrett Yeager and Branden Burke exemplify this in all respects. These two gentlemen are why I made my decision to purchase from Mullinax of Kissimmee. (Side note: I purchased a used 2004 Ford f150 truck from Mullinax of Apopka back in 2007, and found their no nonsense pricing and professional sales staff back then to be the same thing it is today.) When you know what you need, and get what you paid for, you wil realize the best rate is not the cheapest price....nor is it the most expensive item. I want to close and give my most sincere recommendation because of the character and professionalism of my salesman, Garrett Yeager and a straightforward and professional finance manager, Brandon Burke. I have been there twice in the last week. I get the same treatment every time. This one past Tuesday I sat there for 3.5 hrs before being told the did not have the part they were supposed to replace. We rescheduled for today to have it done. I arrived there at 5 minutes before 9:00 am. Then I was told that their technician they scheduled to fix my truck has not and was not coming in. Even after I asked if they were sure they would have someone for the job. Then I sat there again while they tried to see if the other side could do the job. I was told again no and that they could only give me a loaner of an Explorer. Now I’m an electrician the carries my tools with me. They would never fit into an Explorer or Edge. I was told “they will never loan a truck to a F-150 owner.” So far I have got 4.5 hrs in waiting to get a warranty job done. I am fascinated because I always thought that dealerships were supposed to try to win and keep your business. At this point this Ford dealership is not doing a good job of trying to keep my business. I will be back on this Tuesday coming up. I hope everything goes like it is supposed to be. I returned today for my appointment at 3:46 pm. They did fix the problem in less that time quoted. I was apologized to for the mix up. They did a good job. In a timely manner.

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford Maverick, Lariat from Julio at Mullinax Ford. There was a particular color & trim level we wanted. We called almost every dealer in a 150 mile radius from our house in St Augustine. Julio was able to find exactly what we wanted and worked on getting us a price we could all agree. He was always responsive to our text requests and phone calls. The drive to Kissimmee was worth it. I would highly recommend this dealer and will go back to them for any other Ford products.

I had an incredible experience purchasing my Ford F-150 thanks to Garrett Yeager, Ed Sanchez, and Kyle. From start to finish, the process was fast, transparent, and exactly as promised. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible without unnecessary fees, hidden costs, or warranties I didn’t need, which honestly saved me a lot of money. What stood out the most was how genuine and professional they were throughout the entire process. They made everything simple, stress-free, and treated me with respect the whole time. Spoke with Trent about scheduling fleet services for our company vans and he scheduled for Ash and Chasiel to come to our shop and do oil changes and maintenance on not just our Ford vans, but the Chevy ones as well. Mullinax is truly a stand up dealership with integrity! After been a l Iong time customer of Greenway Ford I stopped by to look at new truck on Friday night, not a good experience so I decided to stop by Mullinax in Kissimmee on Saturday to browse there new truck inventory and walked out with a brand new 2026 Ford Maverick XL and extremely happy. I must say that Mullinax not only has the best prices but they backed it up with great customer service which I received from my sales rep. Service Representatives Vinny and his colleague Jason at the Quick Lane Service Center. They are beyond caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. These two young men are the best of the best in my humble opinion. Being slightly handicapped due to illness they treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. Highly recommend.

After a satisfactory clarification for below review, and convo with Jason Spencer, Quick Lane Manager, I am making the decision to upgrade my review to 5 stars. After all, my overall past experience with this shop has been good over the last 3+ years of service. Dave C Took my vehicle in for maintenance, Oil change and tire rotation. At the question from service rep, I agreed to have fuel injection system serviced. After I got my vehicle back, I didn't notice until I got home that my gas tank was at 3/4 full and it was full tank when I turned it over for maintenance service. Not happy about that.

We almost never came back to Mullinax Ford. About two years ago we had such a bad experience here that we walked out and bought a car somewhere else that same day. But we decided to give them a second chance, and we are so glad we did. Angel, our salesman, was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He guided us through the whole process with patience and honesty, made us feel comfortable and respected, and was truly the best salesman we could have asked for. If you are shopping here, ask for Angel. Edwing in Finance was equally great. He explained everything in detail, was very transparent, and treated us with genuine care throughout the whole process. Had a great experience here, and shout out to our sales rep Garrett. He was very communicative, professional, and still personal as well. We drove from an hour and a half away to come look at a vehicle, he stayed in contact with me and had the vehicle parked up front and ready to look at when we arrived which helped streamline the process. Ultimately we decided to purchase a different vehicle, but I appreciated Garrett's thoughtfulness and attention to detail during our buying process.
