Our first time there. No one offered to assist us. No one said hello. We went to the wrong building and finally were pointed to the right building but not to the right area. Man sitting at the desk where we walked in never even spoke to us despite seeing that we were confused as to where to go. When we came back to get the vehicle waited 20 minutes. No one at the service desks. Several people walked by but no one even spoke. It was around 3 so one would think that someone would be at their desks.
